There are other cheaper options available. Then why do we only sale something more pricier?
Yes, there are other cheaper options but we don’t want to feature merely anything just because it is there. It has to have some certain traits/ features that makes it useful in future upgrades. For example, Processor needs to have built-in graphics, Motherboard must support atleast 4 slots, 64GB RAM, multiple GPU, M.2 socket, RAID, aesthetics etc. Also, we recommend gadgets only after rigorous testing done by ourselves and only by ourselves, no paid promoters found over internet.
Why our prices are higher from competition?
Yes, our prizing are marginally higher. There are viable explanations to this. Our one primary objective is to create market for custom water cooling solution for PC in Bangladesh. And usually this comes with a package. So our prices are intentionally higher to discourage people from buying a single item at a time rather than a whole package that we offer.
Why our delivery time is very high?
For local purchase/ AIO/ Air Cooled PC, the usual delivery time is 4-7 working days. But as all of our water cooling components comes from abroad directly from manufacturer premises, normal shipment takes 25-30 days. Upon delivery, we usually make delivery within 4-7 working days. We ultimately face five challenges for making delivery. 1) Lack of dedicated in-house warehouse, 2) Lack of bulk quantity requirements for Lot purchase, 3) Vendor to our door (B2B) inbound delivery time from abroad. 4) Warranty infringement with actual purchase date and 5) Tube Bending and Assembly
